How Does It Work?

Our Dr Bike sessions make it easy to keep everyone’s bikes in great shape.

Choose from one-off visits or regular monthly or quarterly sessions tailored to your needs.
We’ll work with you to create a bespoke 3-hour session (or longer if needed) tailored to your team’s needs.
Choose from 20, 30, or 60-minute service slots per bike.

Our mechanics bring a fully equipped mobile workshop by cargo bike or van and can set up in car parks, bike shelters, or under a gazebo for uncovered spaces.

Participants can stay to ask questions and learn maintenance tips, and everyone receives a detailed ‘MOT’ report with notes and recommendations

Safety Check & Adjust

(20 minutes per bike)

These are popular for one-off events like Bike Week incentives or large staff groups. We provide a 35-point safety check and minor adjustments.

Routine light

(30 minutes per bike)

This service is popular with businesses and organisations seeking regular, on-site bike shop-quality service for their staff or participants.

Routine

(60 minutes per bike)

A comprehensive service, ideal for high-mileage users. For optimal performance, we recommend an annual Routine service, with a 30-minute Routine Light service in between if the budget allows.
