Bike Booker Terms & Conditions
- Loss, damage or theft
Outspoken will require that the theft of a bike, lock or accessories is reported to the police within one working day. Outspoken must also be notified within one working day of any loss, theft or damage. If we are not notified and/or police report is not submitted, individuals may be responsible for the full cost of the bike and accessories. - Storage & locking
The bikes must be stored overnight in the designated parking zones, and rides should be ended. When left unattended, bikes must always be locked to an immovable object with the provided chain lock, in addition to closing the wheel lock. If a bike is stored or locked incorrectly and is lost or stolen, individuals will be responsible for the full cost of the bike and accessories. - Users
This scheme is strictly for employees who have registered using their company email address.
