These Formula hubs are sleek and stylish.

We're now selling them separately, so whether you're looking to just build up a rear wheel for an old road-bike conversion, or get a nice matching set, the Formula an ideal choice.

The sprocket thread is standard - fits any of the Miche or Surly sprockets that we sell - and the lockring thread is the most common 'Shimano' thread. A single lockring is supplied - if you need another we'd recommend the Andel lockring.

There are a couple of options to be aware of when choosing the rear hub. The fixed/fixed or double fixed rear doesn't allow you to coast, but in theory there is less to go wrong than with a single speed.
