Stronglight ST-2000 cranks

Stronglight ST-1000 cranks

The combination of Stronglight's track cranks partnered to Zicral or Gebharbt chainrings give a light yet very rigid crankset. Even more rigid, in fact than they used to be! The latest model, only just introduced, has moved from 130PCD to the track standard of 144, which gives a bit more support to larger chainrings. With the arms being beefed up a bit as well compared to the old model, you can get some serious weight onto these cranks without any flexing.

Of course, now they are 144PCD you can use them with those yummy Sugino 75 chainrings - or the Gebhardt rings, which are excellent value.

These are designed to fit JIS taper bottom brackets. Use a 107mm bottom bracket to give a 42mm chainline.

Chainring not included.

Chainline issues?

Suffering chainline problems? Well, it's probably nothing Sheldon Brown hasn't seen before: look here for his summary.

He also has a set of tables that give the chainline for many track hubs and sprockets - just add the hub figure and sprocket together to get your chainline!
