Adult Cycle Training

Cycle training is one of the best ways to boost your confidence on two wheels. Whether you’re getting on a bike for the first time or a regular cyclist looking to improve your on-road skills, we can provide tailored courses to suit your individual abilities and goals.

Our sessions are run on a one-to-one basis and delivered by a National Standard instructor. Most of our trainees broadly fit into one of these categories:

New Cyclists - learn to ride

Rusty Riders - returning to cycling

Residential Riders - boost your confidence on the road

Advanced Commuters - route planning and refining skills

Family Riders - cycling as a group

Specialist Bikers - cargo, e-bike and tandem training

5* After a fairly last minute booking which was very kindly accommodated I have just got back from an Adult 1-1 session in Lincoln with Suzanne. I've messed around doing 10-15 miles in & around for a couple of years but have signed up to 100km charity ride around London & was looking to improve my skills & confidence in traffic. Suzanne has a lovely way about her and made me feel at ease instantly. She didn't push me to do anything that I didn't want to and we pedalled at my pace. She gently suggested trying the thing that I was most uncomfortable with - roundabouts. We stopped ahead of anything 'new' and Suzanne talked me through how we were going to approach it. Suffice to say, I would highly recommend this training - for £20, it's a steal. Whether you're a newbie to the saddle or a seasoned cyclist this training is excellent!
